Set in the college backdrop this film ‘Ishwar’ by one of the successful directors of Kannada cinema N.Om Prakash Rao who has directed films like Lock Up Death, AK 47, Kalasipalya, Ayya, Mandya, Hubballi and a few others is based on the real life incidents. The director has picked the newspaper clippings related to the education to support his story.

The trauma faced by the middle and lower middle class students in taking up higher education is the concept of director N.Om Prakash Rao. His theme in this film is that today educational seats are sold like properties. Professional courses are valued in money at the time of admission. It is kept for auction in the public place. The real talent is smudged. Money power the educational institutions emphasize is spoiling the atmosphere of education he focuses in his own breath taking style narration.
With all such malfunctioning we are not getting the right builders of the nation is also director intends to explain. The first half of the film is set in the College campus. In the second half the protagonist in the film Aditya takes up the cause of those who are affected.
Radhika is opposite Aditya in this film. There is enough comedy and action in this film. For the songs of music director Krupakar, Five Star Ganesh has done the choreography. K.Raju is the art director.

Once upon a time action films director Joe Simon has picked a story that is all about nexus between politicians and underworld dons. On the other hand youth power is focused by the director as the rulers of India tomorrow. The real life Member of Legislative Assembly B.C.Patil plays the underworld don and supporting actor Avinash is the politician. Krishne Gowda is the head of the youth wing. The politicians make use of underworld dons to remain in power for ever. When they are behind bars they do not care for their safety. That is opposed by the underworld dons in this film. Meanwhile the youth power wages war on both politicians and underworld dons. Who is the winner? How the crooked politician throw tantrum on his own daughter, underworld dons and mislead the youth power is the climax. The underworld dons reform in life and takes oath not to back the back biting politicians.

National repute director T.S.Nagabharana has taken up his first historical film that dates back to the regime of ‘Madakari Nayaka’ the ruler of Chitradurga district. It was the Palegara dynasty (1568 to 1779) before the Hyder Ali conquered this area. To this historical development director T.S.Nagabharana adds the Hindu and Muslim love angle. Music is another major element of this film that takes us to two centuries behind.

‘Kallarali Hoovagi’ is a novel written by B.L.Venu and for this director Bharana has added a few commercial elements to suit the present day audience. Human values, emotions, action and highlight of rich culture and heritage of Karnataka are the other valuable points in this film.
Chitradurga the land of rocks is the cynosure for the director to make this film. Nearly 35 days the film shooting was held in Chitradurga fort.
Ambarish the sitting member of Parliament who made a beginning in his career shooting in ‘Chitradurga’ in ‘Nagarahavu’ blockbuster Kannada film in 1972 is playing the key role of ‘Madakari Nayaka’. Ambarish’s wife Sumalatha plays the counterpart to him on the screen. M.P.Shanker the veteran producer is Dodda Madakari Nayaka. Vijaya Raghavendra is the wanderer youth who falls in love with Muslim girl Umashankeri. Ananthnag and Bharathi Vishnuvardhana also play important roles. Devaraj, Mukyamantri Chandru, Satyajith, Sharat Lohitashva, Ashok, Gazar Khan, Pavankuar, Santosh, Yogish, Shanthamma, Sumitra, Mahalakshmi, Moulya, Harini are also in the cast.
Hamsalekha has scored the lyrics and music. H.C.Venu is the man behind camera. Thara Rekha, Prakash, Madan Harini are the choreographers, Ram Shetty is the stunt director. Vittal is the art director.
This is a multi crore budget film at the DTS mixing stage now. This is set for release in the month of September.
Madhu Bangarappa and Anand Singh are the producers of this historical film ‘Kallarali Hoovagi’.
